Sheryl is Certified trained in EMDR Therapy. She has assisted veterans and citizens with complex trauma and grief issues.

She lives with a personal philosophy of treating others in the same way as one wants to be treated. Sheryl’s great passion is bringing health, healing and hope to people who have been through experiences of trauma, anxiety and stress.

Sheryl Palmer is a License Clinical Social Work and holds a bachelor’s degree in health administration from Florida Atlantic University.
