I strive to provide a safe, caring, supportive and healing space for each individual to pursue their goals. Therapy is conducted utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Gottman Couples Therapy and EMDR.

Therapy is all about you and I am honored to accompany you on the journey. We will begin our work by getting to know one another and working collaboratively to develop your plan for healing.

I work with individual adults in both Florida and Maine, who have been exposed to trauma, experience anxiety, depression, chronic illnesses or need help to navigate life's transitions. I also provide couples therapy in both Florida and Maine.

As someone who has experienced the challenges life can send our way, I understand the impact these can have on one's life and well being.

I offer in-person sessions in Gainesville, FL. Telehealth is available to clients in other areas of Florida and Maine.
