I offer on-line/Telehealth therapy. I have tremendous experience working with individuals to build their skills so that they can learn to better manage depression, guilt, and trauma. I have spent the past 10 years working with trauma survivors.

If you feel that you’re ready to jump into therapy for trauma or depression, we can absolutely do that. But some people need a little time to build skills and learn how to manage their emotions better. That’s also a really great place to start.
I became a therapist because:
I like to create an emotionally safe place for people to tackle the things they feel are getting in the way of being able to live a fulfilling life.
