I use a direct, and affirming approach in order to address forward thinking and support clients in working toward meeting their goals. While it is necessary and significant to address the past, it is also essential to be able to move into the future.

Clients should expect growth through their own work, and the ability to address sometimes difficult situations and material in order to advance from the good work done through therapeutic gains. Be willing to be uncomfortable to create what you want.
