I believe in the power of our thoughts and the messages that come through our bodies. Equally, I believe that we can grow and change our thoughts and that much knowledge can be learned through our bodies. We must be brave and follow our intuition.

I specialize in working with people who:

are struggling with confidence. Confidence in your Self, your voice, your body, your gifts. I believe we have to get to know ourselves, accept ourselves, and then that work leads to confidence. Let's sift through the other voices and find yours!

I became a therapist because:

in our development from being a teenager to an adult, we face many challenges. We need support, not directions. I want to support young adults in 2024

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

that I have a warm, calm environment with snacks! Come and snuggle up on the couch with a blanket and we can talk, draw, play or cry. All are welcome!

More about me and my practice:

The name of my practice, Lucere (Counseling), means "to shine" in Latin. When I was a performer, and was performing choreography well, I visualized light coming from my body. I want everyone to feel well, successful, and let their unique light shine.
