I will provide you with a non-judgmental environment that will allow you to look honestly at the issues that brought you to therapy. And from there, I will help you explore new ways of being and acting that bring more fulfillment to your life.

discover patterns of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that have kept you stuck. I will then help you find your way out of those patterns, leaving an open space for you to increasingly become the person you want to be.

I specialize in working with people who:

have experienced significant difficulties or trauma in their past that they feel negatively impacts them in their present lives. I also have expertise in working with anxiety and self-esteem issues, and with couples having relationship difficulties.
