I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity-related stress, and professional burnout. I provide LGBTQIA+ affirming and culturally responsive care and often support individuals who are balancing demanding careers, cultural expectations, and the emotional toll of chronic stress.

Our sessions will focus on untangling stress, restoring balance, and helping you move forward with clarity and confidence.

I became a therapist because psychotherapy changed my life, and I wanted to create that same space of safety, clarity, and healing for others. I became a therapist because I believe people deserve affirming, collaborative care where their identities, stories, and lived experiences are honored.
