I became a therapist because I loved holding space for people when no one seems to listen or understand. I love seeing true growth and healing.

Since my practice is 100% virtual, it allows you to be wherever you feel the safest and most comfortable - whether in your car, at home, etc.

I work hard to meet the needs of my clients in whatever season of life that they are in. Sometimes that means meeting weekly, sometimes that means meeting twice a week. I strive to be a steady anchor for clients who have never touched their trauma.
