I work with people from many walks of life, at different stages. It is most important to me to assist patient's in using coping skills that are necessary to make long lasting changes that will enhance their lives.

I became a therapist because:

I want to help people live their best lives and use their strengths in order to overcome any difficulties they are facing.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer remote therapy so it is accessible to many people where it might not be available if it was just in-person.

I offer a holistic approach to therapy, with the use of different coping skills to manage everyday life. People will be able to tell their stories, and life events, and work on managing the difficulties they are facing.
