The most important and impactful part in therapy is to first cultivate a good therapeutic relationship between therapist and client. I tend to use cognitive behavior therapy, person centered and motivational interviewing as my framework in sessions.

are dealing with life changes (job, school, etc.), relationship issues, burnout, fatigue, stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, coping skills, ADD/ADHD, wants to integrate more mindfulness into their lives, or just prefers life coaching.
