face relationship and emotional problems that block them from feeling joyful and prosperous. I combine psychodynamic therapy and mindfulness to explore the roots of your life challenges and find healthier coping skills to overcome them.

I became a therapist because:

it is extremely rewarding to accompany people in their healing process. Helping people become happier and successful is a great privilege for me.

More about me and my practice:

I enjoy working with adults and late teenagers in both English and Spanish. My expertise extends to clients from diverse cultures who are dealing with conflicts, family changes or in the process of adapting themselves to a new country.
