In my practice, I try to challenge clients while maintaining a warm and supportive atmosphere. I specialize in relational therapy. This means we will heal your relationship to yourself and with others through the new relationship we form together.

We can talk about anything in therapy-- no issue is too big or too small. We will likely focus on your close relationships with family members, partners, friends, and colleagues. We will also discuss your self-image and beliefs about the world.

I specialize in working with "people pleasers", constantly torn between their own wishes and a sense of duty to others. Most of my training has focused on clients who have experienced poor attachment relationships with parents/caregivers.

I became a therapist because:

I believe the only way we can live in a better world is understanding our own minds more clearly and, in turn, developing more compassion for others.

My office is convenient to several buses and train lines-- it's basically in the center of NYC!

More about me and my practice:

I am licensed to provide telehealth sessions in NY & FL. I see adults and teens as well as children ages 10 and up. I also offer in-person sessions in Brooklyn on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
