I specialize in bodily trauma, specifically in how to reconnect your mind and body. We will work together to help your body feel less like a battleground and more like a home.

Find tools that will help you address whatever is currently present in your life, collaborate on what treatment modalities work best for you, and process through past and current experiences in a supportive manner.

I specialize in working with people who:

clients who are in larger bodies, clients who have experienced bodily trauma, whether through violence or through discrimination, clients who have experienced religious trauma, clients who suffer from anxiety, depression, self-esteem, or PTSD

I became a therapist because:

I grew up in a rural area where people couldn't access mental healthcare. I work in mental health to bear witness to others' experiences.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

We try to make mental healthcare accessible for all people. Whether through insurance, self-pay, or sliding scale, we want everyone to get care.

More about me and my practice:

I moved to private practice to be able to practice out of my value system, which I will not compromise on for the sake of my clients. I value accessibility and not being too clinical as a way of approaching the mental healthcare space.
