About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

My clients describe me as gentle, caring, empathetic, understanding, and easy to talk to!

  • Something to know about my approach is:

I have an eclectic approach that I will tailor to my individual clients, but I primarily utilize CBT, ACT, psychodynamic, solution-focused, and person-centered!

  • Together, we will:

Explore and determine what quality of life improvements you would like to make and set those in motion, process any trauma you have experienced, improve your interpersonal relationships, and help you to have a deeper understanding of yourself.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

Those who have struggled being understood, those who feel left out, those who identify as LGBTQAI+, those who experienced crippling anxiety, depression, and/or intrusive thoughts

  • I became a therapist because:

I wanted to help others the way I wish someone had helped me, because no one deserves to be alone

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

It is a very accepting and non-judgmental place, where you can feel free to be yourself

  • More about me and my practice:

I volunteered for Crisis Text Line (a suicide hotline) for 3 years, I have a BS in psychology from Oklahoma State Uni., and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. I'm an LAPC with 4 years of direct experience.
