I strive to meet you where you are at and allow space to explore your current challenges. I believe it's valuable to understand the root causes while working together to identify the change in behaviors that are directly tied to your goals.

Together, we will:

address the most pressing concerns and issues of your choice. These topics often include complex feelings, relationships, anxiety/stress, concerning behaviors, work issues, depression/sadness, and existential angst/dread.

I specialize in working with people who:

experience problems in relationships, regulating mood (anxiety and depression), engage in behaviors that cause more harm, feel dissatisfied and/or lack meaning with life, experiencing frequent existential dread, and struggle with boundaries.

I became a therapist because:

therapy helped me. I have benefited from therapy on/off since childhood. I believe in the power of sharing ourselves in a safe place.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I have always lived and practiced on the north side of Chicago. I plan to offer in person sessions in the Wicker Park neighborhood soon.

I don't treat my clients as one size fits all. I love this work, because every client is unique. I strive to appreciate that and discover how to tailor services to who you are. I'm excited to work with new clients, and getting to know who you are.
