My approach is to provide an autonomous and comforting space for processing trauma, life challenges, and to just be yourself without judgement.

Trauma, depression, anxiety, and stress cause physical symptoms. I am well versed in CBT, DBT, and Trauma-based interventions to help my clients find relief from distressing symptoms of depression, anxiety, and trauma.

Work collaboratively to change negative thoughts & habits, process trauma, develop healthier coping skills, or maybe you just need to talk about complex experiences in an affirming environment.

I work with individuals and couples to build tangible skills that can help provide insight and relief from depression, anxiety, trauma, and other symptoms. I work with those who have been incarcerated, couples, adults, teens, and trauma survivors.

I enjoy the work I have done as a therapist. I enjoy watching people process life situations, heal, and feel relief from mental health symptoms.

I am all virtual but local to Illinois so I understand some of the stressors that are occurring locally. I strive to make therapy tangible and real.

I am part of a group practice, Sol Psychology, LLC. We specialize in trauma, symptom management, grief, loss, cultural and identity issues, adoption, and we see kids, teens, adults, couples, and families.
