My clients describe me as:
Compassionate, direct, and funny! I believe in therapy being a comfortable space where you can be yourself.
Something to know about my approach is:
It is my goal to make sure you feel safe enough to be your truest self both in and out of our sessions. I use models such as psychodynamic therapy, client-centered therapy, and strengths-based therapy to help you reach your goals.
Together, we will:
Work on issues like depression/anxiety, race-related stress and trauma, relationship concerns, building self-esteem and self-confidence, and healing from past traumas. I specialize in exploring and processing childhood trauma.
I specialize in working with people who:
are LGBTQIA, Black and Brown folx, and college students, though individuals from all walks of life are welcome into the therapy space.
I became a therapist because:
I genuinely believe in the healing capacity of relationships and being seen. It is an honor to be able to provide a safe space for people.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
It's completely remote! No worrying about commute times - you get to have sessions when it works for you.
