With a background in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, I like to support people in thier self connection with themselves while we work on their therapeutic goals together. I embrace person centered, scientifically supported practices in creative ways.

I specialize in working with people who:

Are going through life transitions, experiencing anxiety or depression or are beginning to work through and heal from past traumas. I also specialize in religious-related trauma and facilitate healing through spiritual exploration of self.

I became a therapist because:

I believe in the innate worth of each person and wanted to create spaces in which people can learn to thrive, connect and heal.

I offer virtually based therapy so you can meet in the places that are convenient and most comfortable for you.
