Get curious about how your mind works and impacts how you experience yourself in your world. We will explore how patterns serve you and how we might change the ones that do not allow for the life you want to live.

I specialize in working with people who:

I work with young adults to deepen their understanding of their emotions, increase emotional vocabulary and decrease impact of symptoms of anxiety and depression. I also see people pleasers who want to engage in different patterns of relating.

I became a therapist because:

Everyone has a story about who they are and how they came to be that way. I wanted to help people understand their context and change their stories.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I want folks who I work with to experience a deeper understanding of themselves in their lives and in the world we live in.
