Many of my clients are navigating stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, or questions about identity and direction.

I became a therapist because I believe people heal when they feel truly seen, understood, and supported. I’ve always been drawn to helping others reflect, make meaning of their experiences, and reconnect with their inner strengths during challenging moments in life.
