My approach is collaborative and rooted in compassion. I integrate therapies to help you process emotions, get some distance from your thoughts, build self-compassion, and help you engage more fully in the ways that you want to with your life.
Together, we will work to improve your sleep, mood, anxiety, and navigate the emotional challenges of coping with infertility, pregnancy, and the postpartum period. You’ll gain coping strategies to help you feel more balanced and in control.
I specialize in supporting individuals through life transitions, such as fertility struggles, pregnancy, or new parenthood, and the sleep issues that can arise during these transitions. I can help ease your anxiety, depression, and sleep difficulty.
I became a psychologist after seeing the transformative power of therapy. My own experiences as a mom also inspire my commitment to this work.
I integrate different therapy modalities based on your goals, preferences, and past therapy experiences (we can think about what worked well for you in your previous therapy - and what didn't!) to come up with an approach that feels right for you.
