Therapy is not a one-approach-fits all. My strength is in understanding a person's worldview and how they interact with it. I then love helping a person take the initial painful steps towards change. I hate when therapy is boring or monotonous.

Identify how your past experiences are influencing your present, and recognizing things that truly matter to you. I see myself as someone who joins my clients on their life journey and serve their needs in their attempt to improve their lives.
