I specialize in working with adults that feel stuck. Life is busy, overwhelming at times, and constantly changing. I will help you develop skills to cope with anxiety, depression, and life stressors.

I love joining someone on their journey of self discovery, to help someone work through a challenging time, recognize their strength, and find hope.
