Something to know about my approach is:
I use pschodynamic therapy & CBT. Psychodynamic therapy builds a strong therapist-client alliance to aid the client in developing the tools needed to deal with complicated feelings/situations. CBT focuses on how thoughts/behaviors dictate feelings.

The first few sessions we have will focus on getting to know you. We will reflect on important events or experiences and then will look at those takeaways and translate them into a practical action step or question to ponder for the week.
