My clinical approach is based on a culturally sensitive treatment, with a combination in the following areas: a holistic, mindfulness, client centered approach, emotional regulation and cognitive behavioral therapy.
Counseling Sessions include psycho-education, emotional processing, and introduction to clinical techniques to support you in developing new ways to communicate and cope more effectively with day to day stressors.
