My approach is centered around finding and creating tools that assist the client in reaching their goals. Whether through changes in behaviors or interacting with thoughts and emotions differently, I aim to better equip client with what they need to interact with the world in a more desired way.

Together we will build a relationship and identify your specific goals and areas of growth. We will identify the obstacles in the way of reaching your goals. Then make a plan to breakdown or avoid the obstacles to achieve your desired outcomes. Together we will find what you need to better understand and work with yourself.

My clients describe me as warm, caring, funny, thoughtful and helpful. My clients would describe me as non-judgmental and supportive, while also challenging in a compassionate way. One client said that their time in therapy was hard and not always pretty, but every session felt worth it.

I became a therapist because I always enjoyed listening to others and helping them better themselves. I always had a knack for making people feel seen and heard while also challenging them to live life to the fullest. I also wanted to be a psychologist because I wanted their to be more professionals who looked like me in the field.

When working with clients I try to walk the line between comfortable and challenging. I strive to use that balance to help people feel like they can move towards their goals and challenge themselves to live life the way they want to.
