Are overthinkers. Many of my clients are exhausted when they start their journey with me and they don't know how to make sense of how they are feeling. Often their emotions feel overwhelming to them.

I became a therapist because:

I 'had a rough childhood', and had felt like I was struggling to hold myself together. Then, I made it to a therapy session. It changed my life.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

it is completely online. No fighting traffic or feeling rushed to get to the office. A lot of professionals take their sessions in their car!
