I utilize evidence-based interventions, but I focus on making them informal through our conversation. I find this makes therapeutic work feel easier to do/access. My motto is to work smarter, not harder.

Explore everything you need to explore to find clarity to meet your needs and increase your contentment in life. This can look like: grief, family dynamics, relationships, trauma, as well as positive things: memories, inspiration, etc.
