You are the expert of your own experience. You're in the drivers seat & I'm your passenger to help guide & redirect you when you feel lost or stuck. I'm happy to quietly listen, directly challenge you, & help you reach your own solutions to problems.

Talk and use Brainspotting and IFS to process what is currently present in life and make connections to how the present feels similar to the past. We will process past trauma or stress so that current life events can be navigated with more ease.

More about me and my practice:

I'm passionate about educating people how the brain and nervous system works. Once we understand the inner workings of those systems, it's easier to understand what brings people to therapy and hope to cope with anxiety, depression, trauma, etc.
