I typically utilize Cognitive Behavioral therapy so we can explore how your thoughts, feelings and behaviors all influence each other even without our full awareness of the interactions. This is a safe space to explore those interactions.
This is your time and you are the expert of your life. You get to decide what you want to discuss. I might have a different perspective to offer and explore, a new way to think about old patterns. But, this is your time.
Want a new way to see their life. Maybe the pain is too much or you realize you are working too hard. We all need an outside perspective sometimes. It takes strength to ask for that help to get an unbiased viewpoint.
We all need a safe space to simply be ourselves without the protective armor we shield ourselves in the rest of the time.
