ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
OFFERS REMOTE THERAPY
My clients describe me as:
I am calm, reassuring, soft spoken, and reflective. I look for your strengths, and help you rediscover hope.
Something to know about my approach is:
Counseling is a partner relationship between you and I. Having conversations about your life and the things you would like to change. Working together to help you rediscover hope, and developing tools to make those changes.
Together, we will:
We will explore your successes, failures, joys and sorrows. We will explore your past and future and how they are connected. We will explore what you would like to change and how to move toward those goals.
I specialize in working with people who:
Women's issues, life span, parenting, mid life peri-menopause as empty nest, care taking of elderly parents, communication, relationships, loss, change.
I became a therapist because:
I became a therapist because I wanted to help people overcome fear, and shame, to see their worth, their value to believe in themselves to have hope.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I work from home in the middle of peaceful meadow surrounded by birch and pine trees and a small seasonal pond.
More about me and my practice:
I have a heart for rural communities and the rural lifestyle, military families and single parents. I use art therapy as one of many tools to help people develop better ways of coping with life issues.
