My approach is collaborative and real, no stiff, clinical vibes here. I'm here to help you understand your patterns, build tools that actually work in real life, and feel less hijacked by your own thoughts. I believe the best therapy happens when you feel genuinely connected to your therapist. That's kind of the whole point.

Together we will slow things down and figure out what's actually going on beneath the surface. We'll laugh sometimes, sit with hard stuff other times, and build real skills you can use outside of sessions. You'll leave feeling steadier, more confident, and a little less alone in it all. Oh, and we might talk about your dog. No promises.

Clients often describe me as warm but direct, easy to talk to, and refreshingly normal. They say they actually look forward to sessions, which is the goal. A few have also said I give good reality checks, which I'll take as a compliment. But mostly they say they just felt comfortable from the very first session, and that's the part I'm most proud of.
