I believe that therapy should teach you tangible skills that you can use every day on your own to help manage whatever struggles you are facing at the time.

We will work together to identify common patterns/themes in your life that may be causing distress. We will then find techniques that teach you how to address these patterns/themes so that you can live a happier and more peaceful life.

I enjoy helping people struggling with feelings of anxiety. My clients will often describe themselves as "worriers" and have difficulty slowing down their racing thoughts. They often struggle with their ability to focus and have difficulty sleeping.

I love helping people and believe therapy works. I enjoy providing support so that people can discover their own solutions to their own problems.

Virtual visits can be done from the comfort of your own home. My office offers free parking in downtown Ann Arbor.

I also enjoying working with clients experiencing grief, or the loss of something important to them, and having difficulty adjusting to a change in their life, such as a new diagnosis or changing roles.
