I meet people where they're at and support them as they learn what is and is not in their control. I believe that a considerable contributor to stress is feeling helpless in one's own life, and figuring out ways to build agency is important.

We will work together to figure out contributors to your life experiences that brought you to therapy and work to identify thought processes and behaviors that no longer serve you, why you used them, and how to change them.

Need someone to hear them out, and someone who will empathize and validate their experiences. If people become ready to make changes in their life, I am fully prepared with the tools necessary to make lasting change within their control.

I became a therapist because:

I know what it's like to feel unheard and to feel out of control. Assisting someone else find a way through is my goal.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

It can be done anywhere! (as long as you aren't operating heavy machinery during the session, of course).
