Therapy is full of analogies and imagery. You’re in the driver’s seat of your care. You control the destination, the speed, and stops, detours along the way. And I have a map and a compass for guidance and navigation when and if you need them.

Reframe negative thoughts that overwhelm you, engage in mindfulness strategies to calm mind and body, reduce the intensity of painful memories and experiences that keep you stuck, and empower you to see what’s possible in the aftermath of endings.

I specialize in working with people who:

High-achievers struggling with perfectionism and balance. People who have to do everything themselves and can't lean on others. People-pleasers who put their own needs on the back burner Grievers who don’t know how to ask for the support they need.

More about me and my practice:

I majored in Spanish in college after 3 years of French in school. I don’t offer therapy in Spanish, but I’m mostly fluent, making native speakers feel comfortable. A lover of languages, speech is a way we connect, I’m currently learning Portuguese.
