Those struggling in their relationships - whether with partner(s), family or even with themselves. Are you hiding what is going on inside from family and friends? On the surface you look like you have it all together but inside you feel like a mess.

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist to help others find self-understanding and compassion. Life does not have to be so difficult and you can be happy.

Being in your own environment can ease some of the anxiety or stress you may feel about therapy. Not worrying about commute time eases time strain!

My family dog may be heard snoring in the background. I am currently working exclusively through telehealth as I have seen the benefit the ease of accessibility this platform offers.
