I work to provide a safe space for you to process, share your story, and get support to better understand yourself and your wants/needs. This can be a scary or intimidating first step, but it is one that will help bring the change you desire in life.

learn ways to navigate life's challenges, working towards growth and healing for yourself and your relationships. I believe in taking a collaborative approach, meeting you where you're at first, then creating a path forward together.

I am able to see clients virtually who are residents of Minnesota or South Dakota. I offer a Reduced Rate/Sliding Scale for those who are eligible.
