Explore connections between your thoughts, feelings, sensations, behaviors, beliefs, values, and history to develop insight. We will use that to develop skills and process emotions so you can live your most aligned life.

I specialize in working with people who:

People who have spent their lives walking the path that someone else wants. Whether that is because of trauma, intergenerational issues, anxiety, codependency, and/or being neurodivergent, I can help you move back to your own path in life.

I became a therapist because:

Plain and simple - I enjoy witnessing and helping people along their journey to realize their most aligned, genuine, and authentic self
