I specialize in helping clients identify anxious thoughts that are destructive and create new positive dialogue, set healthy boundaries that protect their well-being, and process/heal any past trauma that may be creating maladaptive coping skills.

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist because I was told growing up that I am a good listener and give good advice. Helping clients live a happier life is an honor!

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer virtual sessions so clients can do therapy wherever it’s most comfortable for them. My clients love the convenience of telehealth sessions.
