Jen brings a warm and direct approach to help you explore your patterns and build deeper connections with yourself and others.
She began her career in the public education system, where she worked as an art educator for 10 years. During this time, she developed a deep love and respect for children and their families. Jen offers art-making as a means for exploring the self.
She believes healing isn't linear and happens at our own pace, with ups and downs along the way. Jen emphasizes the importance of self-compassion, humor, and slowing down in the journey for change.
She sees all ages, including families and couples, who want to enhance their relationships and communication. Jen enjoys supporting folks with anxiety, depression, sexual concerns, spirituality, and life changes.
Being human is a messy experience. I hope to be a witness and guide to change and growth.
I offer play therapy for children and adolescents. At our New Brighton location, we have three fully equipped play rooms!
I am a therapist who sees a therapist, I work towards personal growth that allows me to show up for others.
