I provide effective ways to approach problems, and enjoy helping clients find solutions from within. I also use somatic methods to develop awareness and coping tools. My EMDR training provides many forms of healing and understanding mental wellbeing.

I work with people who are seeking relief from intense anxiety, depression, and or trauma symptoms. Some have been to other therapists and seek specialized trauma treatment, and others seek to figure out the causes for their mental health problems.

I became a therapist because I experienced being "othered" and not understood. I wish I had know back then that mental health was a part of it.

Currently accepting clients for daytime appointments, Monday-Thursday, and some Saturday mornings. Sessions are 55 minutes, and usually I am able to schedule same-week appointments.

My office is in Edina, MN and it is convenient for the west metro -- a quick drive from Minneapolis, Richfield, St Louis Park, and Bloomington.
