I offer Outpatient Mental Health Counseling for children, teenagers, and adult women, utilizing person-centered & neurodivergence affirming therapy methods. My holistic approach combines CBT, mindfulness, and somatic trauma healing techniques.

I became a therapist because:

I started my journey towards becoming a social worker/mental health provider to expand my knowledge of ADHD and holistic mental health approaches.
