I believe you are the professional of your own life, and my job is to help you find the path that you want to be on. I try to balance compassion and empathy with direct challenges. I also integrate DBT skills with most of my work.

I primarily provide services via telehealth. I lead a virtual DBT group for people of all gender identities struggling with all aspects of parenting - whether a newborn or a teen (or everyone in between). I do offer in-person session on Tuesday only
