I specialize in working with people who:

I work with ages ranging from 5 to 60; however, my primary focus tends to be adolescents and young adults. Helping cope with highly transitional times in life and the challenges that accompany them is my particular passion.

I became a therapist because:

Working with marginalized populations and providing them a voice of hope is what drove me to become a therapist.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Providing therapy in the safety and comfort of your own home are benefits to telehealth! I offer evening hours to be more readily accessible.

I'm client focused. When we are in session, it is all about you and your needs and goals. Therapy should be a time reserved for YOU and what you WANT and NEED. It's a space for relaxation and healing through the therapeutic alliance.
