My approach is centered around empowerment and self-compassion. I believe that we are all inherently good and humans are sometimes messy. I believe that when we can understand ourselves with empathy we can move into who we want to become.

I specialize in working with people who are looking to heal from sexual trauma. Along with those that experience chronic pelvic floor pain and other chronic pain conditions.

I became a therapist because:

I wanted to provide a safe space for individuals that shared similar identities as me. I’m here to listen without judgment.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

My office space is located above a delicious restaurant (Billie’s grocery) and a spa (hand&land). Both make a great pre- or post- therapy stop.
