My approach is a person centered one, which means that I meet each person where they're at and address the issues that are important to you. I believe in creating a space where you can feel heard, supported and understood, without judgement. My goal is to walk along side you, at a pace you're comfortable with.

Together we will develop a plan to suit your needs and address the issues that are significant to you and your journey of healing. I approach therapy from a trauma informed lens and incorporate different approaches like EMDR, CBT, and parts work to tailor each session to your needs.

My clients describe me as warm, compassionate, supportive and inviting. Many of my clients report experiencing an easing of symptoms after the first month and continued improvement afterwards.
