I rely on therapy approaches designed to help people explore, and tap into their own strengths and abilities to improve their lives. I rely on person-centered, trauma-informed, CBT, and mindfulness practices with my clients.

confront the things that interfere with living a fulfilling life. Through the mastery of healthier coping skills, we will interrupt the harmful patterns that maintain eating disorders, addictions, and self-deprecation. My goal is to help you thrive.

I specialize in working with people who:

need help with eating disorders, chemical and behavioral addictions, trauma, and anxiety. I enjoy working with people of all backgrounds, but receive massive fulfillment working with teens, young adults, parents, and the LGBTQIA+ community.

I became a therapist because:

helping people grow and change their lives for the better is my passion. My own mental health journey also influenced my passion to help others.

I offer online therapy sessions, which provides my clients with the opportunity to see me where and when is best for them. My clients are able to see me from the comfort of their homes, from their offices, and during lunch breaks.
