I understand how intimidating the process of therapy can be, making my clients feel safe and comfortable and building that trust is my #1 priority.

I believe in meeting clients where they are at and treating each person as unique. Our first session will discuss and identify goals and come up with an individualized approach for moving forward. I strongly believe in working collaboratively.

Together we will discuss patterns from both your past and present and identify ideas of distress and patterns of thinking that may be holding you back in areas of your life. We will focus on healthy relationship patterns and you building peace.

I enjoy working with males and females of many different populations from young adults through adulthood. Work with anxiety/panic attacks, depression, relationships, life transitions and substance abuse- both individuals or family members.

I became a therapist because of the importance of the human connection and understanding the difference it can make in your life to have a safe space.

Offering telehealth therapy gives individuals the opportunity to attend sessions in their safe space and at their own connivence.
