I help adults who struggle with feelings of anxiety and depression that impact their health, relationships, and self-esteem. I help my clients set boundaries, recognize triggers, and develop new ways of thinking about their life and relationships.

I became a therapist because:

I believe people's stories and voices are important; as a therapist I can create a space where people can have their voice and experiences be heard.

I offer telehealth counseling which allows you to see me via video in the comfort of your own home without the commute, or figuring out where to park.
