I have daytime availability, typically between 10a - 4p EST.
My clients describe me as:
Affirming, warm, and curious--my goal is to walk alongside folks as they develop a better understanding of themselves.
Something to know about my approach is:
I deeply believe that taking care of ourselves means acknowledging how our well-being interacts with the systems around us, so I incorporate folks' experiences with the broken social support system for parents and families into sessions.
Together, we will:
Talk about ways to tune into your needs; explore supportive practices; and work together to identify opportunities for connection during intense seasons of life.
I specialize in working with people who:
Are in any stage of the perinatal period, including those who are experiencing infertility or who have experienced loss. I also work with parents who are feeling stuck; and I support clients who are LGBTQ, gender non-conforming, or neurodivergent.
I became a therapist because:
I've always wanted to understand and connect with people deeply. I have a passion for supporting people at an individual and systemic level.
More about me and my practice:
As a neurodivergent and non-binary clinician, I'm always striving to create a non-judgmental, anti-oppressive, and liberatory environment for my clients. If you are struggling or feeling stuck, please reach out--I'd love to meet you.
